Every summer we like celebrating Hayden's birthday while he is here. Saturday we went to Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky's house for the celebration. We had a great time. The whole Durbin clan made it a long with our friends Scott and Megan. It is so hard to believe that Hayden is already 8! The years keep on going faster and faster. He is such an amazing kid. We are so proud of him and love him very much. Happy Birthday Hayden!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friday we went and met the real Thomas The Tank Engine. It was really cool. They had a real Thomas train and lots of fun activities. The boys loved every minute of it! Then we got to ride on the train. It was at the Snoqualmie Train Depot museum. It was so beautiful there. Afterwards we drove by Snoqualmie falls so the boys could see a 300 ft. water fall. It was a wonderful day.

Well a few weeks ago we got a new little kitty. The boys named her Sagwa after a PBS show they used to watch. She was quite little when we got her. She even tried to nurse our dog Aurora. They are quite the pair. Aurora is so good with her! The boys just adore her and like to smother her.

The boys totally love the slip n' slide that Cam got for his birthday. Hayden leaps in the air and then slams on it. It makes me realize how I am getting older because every time he does it I think ouch!!!! Colten just runs through the water part. It took Cam a couple of times (and me giving him a few tosses) before he really got the hang of it and now he is awesome at it. It is great how things I enjoyed as a kid are still so much fun.

Last week Colten turned 2! I can hardly believe it. It seems like once you have kids you literally start to blink and they grow! First we celebrated his b-day on the 7th with the five of us. Then on sunday we had a small party. Everyone had a blast!!! I don't think Colten really knew everyone was there for him. Of course he had a Thomas The Tank Engine cake or Choo Choo Train as he says. He loves Thomas and has for the past 8 months.
